State estimation via prediction-based scheme for linear time-varying uncertain networks with communication transmission delays and stochastic coupling

In this paper, the design problem of recursive state estimation algorithm based on delay-prediction compensation is considered for a class linear time-varying uncertain dynamical networks with network-induced communication transmission delays and stochastic coupling phenomenon. The random variables obeying Bernoulli distribution under occurrence probabilities are selected to depict Moreover, modelling uncertainties taken into account. Afterwards, feasible prediction equation constructed compensate delays, an updated estimator designed. Subsequently, upper bound expression error covariance matrix given by using analysis technique theory, gain obtained via minimizing trace such bound. Furthermore, we present mathematical proof which illustrates monotonic relationship between covariance. Finally, simulation example utilized demonstrate effectiveness proposed strategy delay idea.
